A typical Toastmasters club is made up of 20 to 30 members who meet once a week for about an hour. Each meeting gives everyone an opportunity to practice. SintMaarten first Toastmasters club (Philipsburg Toastmasters Club) was officially inaugurated on 16 December 1994 (Thursday) at the Holland house hotel. Toastmaster's mission is to promote through out this world, and teach people in a positive manner how to bring the best out in them when it comes to leadership and Communication.

It is very essential for the President of a toastmasters club to know that his members are satisfied with the program that toastmasters put forth. Member satisfaction is the key to keep interest high in toastmasters. Toastmasters are a professional organization so please let is know when there is a change in address.
